The House is a Corner plot of an L-shape, so although it's a terraced house, it is not overlooked and has a large garden with views to the hills.  The House has three Bedrooms, two with double beds and one of the double rooms has an en-suite shower, toilet and basin.  The third bedroom has a double bed with a single bed on top as a bunk, so it is suitable for a couple or as 2 singles or possibly a couple and child.
Bathroom has bath with shower.

There is a cot and high chair.

Linen is provided including towels and tea towels.

We have a no pet and no smoking policy

 
Downstairs is a toilet/cloakroom with basin.

The Kitchen/Diner has Electric Cooker, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine with dryer and plenty of Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and table for 6 sitting comfortably.

The lounge has Colour  TV with satelite channels, DVD Player, and a CD/Radio Music System. It has three settees and one armchair and a selection of paperbacks and magazines.  Paperbacks can be swapped for another paperback you have finished with.

Maps of Walks into the hills/forest from the door are provided and we can give advice if required.

There are basic cleaning materials and a Vacuum cleaner.

There is an ironing board and iron.

The garden has patio furniture, barbeque and fire pit.

We are bike friendly the shed has a chain anchored down for locking bikes,bring your own lock to fix to chain.We have outside bike rack for cleaning and maintenance,track pump and cleaning brushes are supplied for use.

Dry your boots/clothes/Jackets in our Maytag Drying Cabinet so you are ready for another day of exploring and can put on dry kit.

Note: The property's water is supplied from a private fresh water spring.
